This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through enquiries, quotations, site visits and service.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, property address and any message — when you call, WhatsApp, email, request a site visit or subscribe to our newsletter.
• Project details you share for a quotation or installation, such as roof type, electricity bill, monthly consumption and site photographs.
• Technical information that browsers and hosting providers normally record, such as IP address, device type, pages visited and referral source, for security and aggregate site analytics.
• Newsletter email address if you choose to subscribe.

Our Solar AI assistant runs entirely in your browser. Questions you type into it are not sent to a server by this website. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that platform’s own privacy policy applies.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries, arrange site visits and prepare quotations.
• To design, install, commission and service solar systems.
• To prepare and submit BESCOM net-metering and applicable subsidy applications, where you have asked us to do so.
• To send our newsletter if you subscribe, and to provide service updates about your system.
• To keep records required by law, prevent fraud and improve the website.

4. Consent and lawful processing

Where you provide personal information for an enquiry, quotation or service, you consent to its use for those purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping requirements. We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the purpose collected, for warranty and service history, and for statutory periods. Please avoid sending sensitive financial or identity documents until we ask for them through an appropriate channel.
